I am leading a Meetup Group called Company of Rogue Academics, an innovation-oriented platform that ignites passionate individuals who have deep interests in redefining career/academic success and taking their intellectual capital to the next level. The group aims to foster intellectual discussions, share cross-disciplinary knowledge, and reflect upon productive mental models to equip its members to grow their networks and approach decision-making as a free agent.

This is a engaging session where we will explore who we are (and who we can be) when it comes to questions of leadership. I welcome you to bring your genuine thoughts and ideas – I look forward to hearing them and I am honored to be your host.

We will also hear an amazing live performance from our musical guest, t.pAK.

6:00 pm ~ Doors open.
6:00 – 6:10 pm ~ Opening remarks and warm-up.
6:10 – 6:30 pm ~ The Beehive Game – An innovative way to build your network depending on number of attendees. Bring business cards!
6:30 – 6:45 pm ~ Idea parties and collaborative connecting.
6:45 – 6:50 pm ~ Musical guest performance.
6:50 – 7:00 pm ~ Interview with musical guest.
7:00 – 8:00 pm ~ Session: How to launch a legacy of leadership.
8:00 pm ~ It’s a wrap.

t.pAk’s personal love of music comes from seeing how it can serve as an anthem and a lighthouse when needed. Perseverance and hope are definitely recurring themes through much of t.pAk’s music. This comes out of his experience with rejection and depression, and going through a dark period that led him to reflect on his identity and purpose. So the lightness and positivity that is characteristic of t.pAk’s tracks comes from a genuine journey. t.pAk’s music is an extension of his focus on embodying love and putting that love out into the world for people to receive and emit themselves.

Join our panel discussion! Everyone is invited. Bring tour beliefs and opinions; they will be heard!
