Dr. Grace Lee is an executive coach and neuroscientist holding a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia and a Master's in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh. Her doctoral research investigated the cellular mechanisms of motor neuron degeneration in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). This analytical work aimed to understand how the disease takes hold at the cellular level to advance early diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.

During her postdoctoral work, she served as Project Lead at the National Core for Neuroethics within the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine's Division of Neurology. In this role, she led research on the ethical applications of neuroimaging for patients with disorders of consciousness.

Today, she is the founder of Mastery Insights, a global executive coaching and leadership development platform, and the creator of the Cognitivistics of Influence™ discipline. Her YouTube channel (@drgracelee), with over 470,000 subscribers, covers leadership development, executive communication, and career advancement.

Her academic work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including the Canadian Journal of Neurological Sciences and Cambridge Quarterly of Healthcare Ethics. She co-edited the Springer volume Ethical Issues in Behavioral Neuroscience (2015).
